madE Edam

One of my favourite places when I'm bike riding, is Edam.
It's only about 9 km from where I live, and this very little village is famous
for his Edammer cheese.

I also have always a stop here for espresso (sometimes with warm apple-pie)

Bit cold today, so now I'm back and turn the heat up !!!
