Constructed as a variant on yesterday's fairweather tent. They have great initiative those boys. Big it up to see their feet poking out.

I'm thinking of retreating to one for a few days too. The boys were not entirely confined today, but a few hours was enough. My nephew arrives tomorrow, hopefully with some energy, poor lad.

So the big news is that I have a date for the operation. 2nd of September, ie. next Thursday, three days after getting back home and a week before the boys start school. Hmmm. Panic? Never.

I'm ready to use my initiative.
