Tansyleaf Tansy-Aster

O Boy! The new Wildflower Book arrived today and we went right out to find some wildflowers. It was midafternoon and after golf so the wind had risen, making it tough to get sharp flower pix.

I actually was in the hunt for a pretty little yellow flower, but they were blowing in the wind and blurry. Tomorrow I'll go out in the still of the dawn and try again.

This Tansy-Aster was low to the ground and is a better photo. The others will still be around...for a while.

With the new wildflower book I can also stop making titles like "Blue Flower" etc.
