In the pink

Hectic day with the little monsters today. Wonderful son number two actually slept through the night (thus justifying the agony of horrible controlled crying). But of course he only made it to 5.30, at which point I was so pleased with him that I let him get up. Naturally this woke a grumpy three year old and I've spent the day paying the price. Poor little thing. Consequently, despite taking the camera everywhere today, I didn't take a single shot until they were fast asleep at bedtime! This is our garden in some lovely light.

I nearly posted snails tonight, as they're out in force this evening, but when I found one behind our sofa, it tempered my appreciation for them!

If number two also sleeps through tonight my excitement will know no bounds, so I'm keeping everything crossed :-) Please don't let it be a one off....
