Alison in Garageland

Alison's car been making funny noises this last week so after work she got it to the garage. Here she's waiting for the young mechanic to return from a trial run. He thinks "gear box". Left it there till tomorrow to see what the boss thinks. Suspect diagnosis may be spot on but suggested price way too low.
