oh poor me!

couldn't get to work today, back wouldn't let me, so went to doc & got stronger pain tablets & a week off work, here's hoping they do the trick... had a good sleep this afternoon , they knocked me out....

found this poor lonely flower on the way to the doc's & it's about all I could manage to get today, oh yes Murphy was at it again! as I was leaving to collect the wee man the heavens opened.....

now it's time to think what I can feed the starving....
