Pillar box

If you can obscure an object's most obvious features - in this case, the pillar box's mail slot - and it is still completely identifiable, I suppose that makes it a design classic.

This particular design classic is listing slightly. Perhaps it's mourning the closure of the Post Office behind those green shutters. It's a gallery now. Cos we need more of those, obviously.
