Knuts!

I've just helped Evesham Computers Tech Support to commit the computer equivalent of an assisted suicide on my PC. I knew the guy hadn't a clue what he was doing and I was stupid enough to let him perform some pretty destructive stuff without taking my own back-up (I suspect his hasn't worked). My PC is now on its way to the factory and shortly after I sent it, I heard this nightmare. Will I ever see it again?
