Raindrops on Roses..

.. and whiskers on kittens;
Bright copper kettles and warm woolen mittens;
Brown paper packages tied up with strings;
These are a few of my favorite things.



Nature is being evil to me today! spotted a slow (HA!) worm in the garden and by the time i had the camera in focus it had vanished, then i spotted a big hairy spider, and that too failed in the focus department lol got a few nice pictures of a very plain boring brown cricket though...

But having spent the weekend not only feeling ill myself but coping with sick children and a sick hubbie i needed something bright and cheerful to post.

So thats the reasoning behind this rose.

Guess i should get back to sterilising and disinfecting the house to an inch of its death..
