hokkaido rice pizza

A very interesting dish combining Japanese cuisine and classic pizza. It is basically flattened rice topped with whatever ingredients and baked like a regular pizza. This particular rice pizza had a wasabi-based sauce instead of a tomato sauce plus some seaweed and other common Japanese ingredients as toppings. Very delicious!
