Clouds, city, harbour, hills

This is a classic view of Wellington, showing the Kelburn cable car, the inner city, part of the harbour and the Orongaronga mountains.

I walked up to Kelburn at lunch time, taking photos along the way, then returned to work through Wellington's Botanical Gardens. Magnolias, rhododendrons and azaleas were flowering in the cool forested gullies of the gardens.
