Handstand!

He's upside down again!

Oh we've had a lovely day today...cycling with the boys.

Henry went out on a kayak all on his own today and loved it.

Noah has worked out how to stand up from sitting without support.

Bob cooked Roast dinner.

This blip has nothing to do with any of that but H was doing handstands up the hall wall and I liked hi groovy socks :-)

Oh and Happy Birthday to my dad even though I know you won't be reading this you computer-phobe you...I'll be sending you another photo of the boys soon.
