A rainy day

We woke up this morning to pouring rain....not expected, but much needed. The grass is so dry and we haven't had rain in quite a while.

It's kind of a lazy day here....we had some chocolate chip waffles for breakfast, read books, and played some board games.

Jack hopped up on the couch next to Daddy who was playing a video game on the TV. This is Jack, concentrating while playing his Thomas the Tank engine game on my iPhone.

It's just one of those days....
