Cooking Apple.

A last minute panic as I realised I hadn't taken a photo to blip meant a dash around the garden in the twilight.

This cooking apple growing on the tree caught my eye, with the help of the flash it turned into a reasonable blip I hope ;-)

I'm already looking forward to apple pie, apple crumble, apple cake, applesauce, baked apples and 101 other apple dishes!
