in the trees

It's fall. One might think I had missed the leaves changing color. Since it's a tad cliche, I made this black and white as a slight protest.

I've been exposed to New England Falls and, well, there's nothing quite like them. I cannot speak for the hillsides of the original England (and I'm sure they are lovely since the two places once actually were connected so long ago) but I do know I miss the weight of those sights in Connecticut and Massachusetts. One would want to 'drink the colors in', right Mum?
