L has an appointment at the beauty salon. Some IPL type thingmy type thing. So, I have some expressed breast milk to make sure our little girl is well fed. A trip to the supermarket, followed by wee Tinker wolfing down pretty much the entire bottle. She's awesome, is the little one.
