Yellow Wattle

On my walk this morning I picked this piece of Wattle. I always love the tree when it is covered in its yellow flowers, but I also know that we have often had snow after this starts flowering, and the weight of the snow on the branches can break them. We were forecast snow this last week which did not arrive - so fingers crossed.
Meeting this afternoon in town, but otherwise I am still making comments on the Competition I am judging. Takes me ages to do justice to it all.
