Walnut Creek Swim Meet

Today was day 1 of the Walnut Creek Swim Meet. Doug was home so Grant stayed home with him for some Daddy time and I took all 3 girls and Jack. This meet is a fun one as it is geared not only for the year-round swimmers but the B rec. swimmers as well. Josie was able to swim in this meet. The girls all swam great; the weather was beautiful although it was a bit cool in the morning and Jack had a blast playing in the tall shrubs/trees lining the back fence of the pool. This blip is of Jack and his buddy. They were about the same age and met early in the morning. They ended up playing together the entire day--without ever knowing each other's name. Apparently, "Dude" works just fine. . .Boys!
