Time to Jam

Thought I would pick some wild Raspberries and make them into jam last night after my shift in the kitchen. It's such an amazing smell when it simmers in the pot. Spread some on my toast this morning, lovely.

Really busy with work at the moment but looking forward to a day away with best mate Illona on Tuesday next week. Hope to pop into Edinburgh to take in some of the atmosphere of the festival and catch up with some good friends.
