Show Offs

The Miami Center for Photographic Arts gallery at Borders Framing and Gallery in the Little Havana section of Miami. 150 prints hang on the walls from various group trips to Uruguay. Not a real big turnout, probably due to the $60 price tag for the reception which included appetizers and a Uruguayan-inspired meal of beef and chorizo. I was disappointed in the turnout, but the exhibit will be up until the end of the month.

If any of you are in Miami, check it out at 1601 SW 1st St. Until November 4. November 8 - December 31 the show will be at the Sherman Library Gallery on the Campus of Nova Southeastern University in Ft. Lauderdale. Plans are in the works for the show to go to L.A., Chicago, and perhaps to the Gallery at the United Nations.
