My laptop has been playing up for a while now.....really slow, sometimes just stops dead (bit like me, really). Anyhoo, finally tried to get some help on the issue which involved S's nephew coming round to give me a young, whizzkid-ish viewpoint on the matter.
His diagnosis? ..........."your laptop is bollocks". Thanks, Simon!
