Putting flyers through a flyer

I moved to another property at the very beginning of June, since then there has been a considerable amount of issues in the property. One of the problems that kept reoccuring was the letter box constantly falling off, it got to the point where it would stay on just until you close the door then it would fall off.

My flatmate and myself just left the door without a letterbox for a week or so. Today i arrived home to see this flyer taped over the inside of the door basically preventing people from seeing into the flat, while allowing the post to still fall through.
