A Wanderer Trapped In Civilization

The poison in the world can be brought on by places, people, and creatures. Most people follow the voice within them telling them to leave; run and hide. Others, however, reject that voice; they stay behind to see what happens before they continue onward. In the mindset of a wanderer fear comes and goes like the wind. In the mindset of a settler, fear marinates in the pit of the stomach as if it is a stew being cooked for dinner.
