sunshine on a rainy day

i saw my friend last night, she has just had a baby and is taking her to visit her mum, her nan and her great-grandmother. 5 generations of ladies together. i think it's great and she is very lucky

a year ago today we buried my grandpa. he was the last of my grandparents and i miss him and granny very much.

it's been such a good year for me, i got married, live in such a beautiful house and have my two beautiful dogs. i can't help but think that they are up there helping me on the way, especially when the sky clears and the sun shines.
