American Fried Rice

You may never heard of "American Fried Rice". However, this dish is pretty well known in Thailand. It reminds me of my childhood. I dont know why most kids like this dish. Here is how the dish is created. I found this pre-made in a little takeaway box at the supermarket and it becomes my lunch today!
