Portage Bay, more houseboats

Took the iphone in a waterproof bag on a row this morning in the double with my friend Joann (She won't absolutely love this picture but I liked it for the balance.) Our rowing club is in between the University Bridge in the foreground and highway I5 behind. This whole row of houses is maybe 2 deep with older houseboats ("floating homes") and directly across the water from the University of Washington - so great student housing (in the old days when they were cheap!)

Had my 6 mo old granddaughter here today but she's cuter than the photos I got so I'll try again tomorrow.
