No excuses now!

After a few false starts I managed to get a new pair of trainers from the lovely folk at Footworks in Bruntsfield and have got my first PT session on Saturday! (I must be mad)
Have managed to swim every day since last Weds though so have got the new fitness regime off to a ( more sedate) start!
