Just a drain cover

It had been broken for years and everyone in my block of flats complained that no one has been to fix it.

Huh.

I rang the waterboard and got it fixed forthwith, no hassle!

I think I may possibly have a few lazy neighbours. It was a free phone call that took precisely four minutes.

Well, it's fixed now and I suspect it'll stay that way a while!
