Judges at the World Pipe Band Competition

This is from the Grade 4 heats at the "Worlds" in Glasgow, the premier level is apparently Grade 1 (learnt a great deal about all this in only one day!). The judging still requires three learned figures to separately rate the pipes, drums, & other (forgotten already...); and copious notes were being taken.
