A quarter on crack

Saw this little set-up just before heading to bed SUPER early this morning after recording all night.

Additionally, last night I heard for the third time, on separate unrelated occasions, belief that my house is haunted. First from the former tenants, second from a friend's sister who used to live here, third from a downstairs neighbor currently "experiencing it."
