The creek

I saw a kingfisher while I was having a walk around the creek today. I'd like to say that I got some great photos but unfortunately the first I knew of it was as it flew past me so all I actually saw was a flash of vivid blue.

I've always loved kingfishers, even more so since watching the recent Phillipa Forrester series on TV, I was so excited to have finally seen one that you would have thought I'd seen a unicorn!
