Peacock.

In our garden we have a large Buddleia with big dark purple flowers. The scent is rather delicious and attracts butterflies, bees, hoverflies and many other insects.

Near the Buddleia is a piece of blue plastic sheeting, it really needs putting away but the butterflies love to stretch their wings and bask in the warmth of the sun on it, at one point there were 6 Peacock butterflies all doing that. I took quite a few shots of the group and then picked out a couple to take individually, this is the best of the bunch.
