A New Dawn

After 2 months off, no Curves (exercise regimen) due to surgery...I FINALLY got my behind in gear to get to the shop for a workout and am walking again, too. And this beautiful sunrise greeted me and gave me that extra oomph to get there. Oh how I missed my early walks and the sunrise! I appreciate being alive now more than ever! Thank you God!
