Heat wave in Seattle

it's a record heat wave in Seattle - 95 degrees F. I went up on the roof deck to see about a blip as it looked like everyone who owns a boat is out in Lake Union today. There was a breeze so maybe it was cooler. Then I went up again at around 7 PM and while I was there the people on the floating homes in front of us who were having a party started jumping off the roof/2nd story to the water. Not the greatest picture of this but you can see a body about in the middle. Much yelling going on, also from Gasworks park across the water. You can see a "Ride the Ducks"bus and lots of people on boards paddling. a bit hot hazy air. Herb and I went to the movies (to recover from Grandchildren camp)- "the Girl who played with Fire" We are swedish and have read all 3 Steig Larsson books and love seeing parts of Sweden and Stockholm that we have seen and hearing the language. We will never go see the american version.
