Don't Touch

Spent most of today doing the SFA Level One - Early Touches Certificate football course in Falkirk today. We were told before hand that it was pretty much non-participation but don't believe everything you are told. Spent about 5 hours running around on a very hot (for Scotland) day. Then decided to have a BBQ as I was obviously not hot enough from all of that.

These are the dying coals once the food was cooked and the marshmallows subsequently toasted. My family think the glowing coals are the same colour as my face but I don't think they are quite as red or as hot.

I am sure nobody who knows me (you know who you are) will point this out at work tomorrow ;-)
