he is the leaf, my life is the water

spent an incredible day outdoors.
the weather was gorgeous - perfect actually.

we drove all over the place. ate yummy pizza. snacked on delicious candy. smiled. laughed. talked. and ended up with over 300 pictures. narrowed down to six. and this one won. two others voted for it [since i can't make decisions for the life of me] so.... here it is.

i didn't edit the coloring [but i am looking forward to figuring out how do that whole only coloring parts of a photo thing] .... the creek was very muddy/gross/dirty and this one leaf was a very gorgeous/vibrant orange.

there were leaves all around but this one leaf was all alone. and somehow the reflection wasn't that bad. [and by bad i mean didn't interfere with the picture since i do have a ton of reflection pictures that i adore.]
maybe it was fate.

there is a boy in my life that brightens my days.. i can't put into words how he makes me feel and while it is an incredible and wonderful thing it is a bit scary. it's all happened so quickly. but i am certain it's going to stick. and that makes my cheeks hurt. [that's a good thing]
