All The Eggs In One Basket!

After the chickens started laying the day before we went on holiday we came back home to find my brother had collected all these eggs. My mum had put the dates on the eggs and after I had taken this photo we cracked open the largest one 8/8 to discover it was a double yolk! So far the most eggs in one day is 3 so that means 3 chickens are laying and 3 are not but at least we are getting lovely fresh eggs now.

Egg mayo sandwiches are on the menu ..... yummy!
