Boules

Earlier in the day I completed a new 10 mile circuit from home, ready for Wednesday's walking group visit to Humshaugh. Lots to photograph: Simonburn cottages and church; Nunwick Mill, Low Teppermoor Farm, views north from Hadrian's Wall Trail.

In the evening I went to a BBQ with other walking friends and P and P's house. They have a lovely garden and had put out various games for us to play while the food was cooking. I managed to capture some good action shots of quoits and of boules, just using my little camera.
