I'm busy editing pics etc when all I hear is squeals from hubby along with several words I shan't repeat here. I'm thinking it's rather late for wasps so I must admit I don't go to check. He beckons me though to see the size of this spider and even I am impressed. As he approaches the beast it sprints to beside the cat (she knows the score and pretends she hasn't seen it). I got a good picture on my phone but there was no scale, this beastie looked huge in the bottom of the guiness pint glass. Monster.

Today wasn't a good day. 3 hours sleep is not enough but I woke feeling oddly confident. It didn't last long so I'm avoiding somewhere for the time being.
