Long Journey Home Part I

We were up and out early this morning to start our long journey home. Before we left, I finally took a picture of one of the lemons on the lemon tree in the garden of our villa!

Derek, Ilona, Andy and I caught the 8am ferry to Nice and were all so tired (and a bit hungover!) that we paid for a 4 person cabin and all went for a snooze!

We arrived in Nice at about 2pm and drove to Toulon where we dropped Andy off at his hotel as he was flying home from Toulon Airport tomorrow.

Derek, Ilona and I then continued on to Lyon and finally arrived in the early evening. It wasn't long before we all headed to our beds as I had to be up early to catch a flight home - and Derek had to take me to the airport!!
