Barcelona

I took this photo from the plane as we were flying over Barcelona, getting ready to land at about 10 in the morning after getting up at about 4am.

It was a long and mixed day. Barcelona was nice but we were all veeery tired.

Easyjet lost one of our bags (again!) luckily my dad had booked this extra day in Barcelona for that reason. And even though it arrived in Barcelona a few hours after us on another flight and we told them the address of our hotel, the fact we'd be checking out early Monday and that the boat leaves midday to afternoon Monday they still couldn't organise getting the bags to our hotel Sunday evening despite telling us they would.

We had had a pretty fun day going to the Gaudi apartments, the sa grada familia and the Gaudi Park area. Anyway... so when we got back to the hotel the bag wasn't there. This was about half nine in the evening. We called them up and they said they have it sitting right there and have done for hours. They said they would get it to our hotel by 4pm the next day but of course we would have checked out and they weren't gonna get it to the cruise ship in time even though they said they would try.

So me and Dad decided to take the expensive trek to the airport (which is an hour round trip) and go and find the bag.

They kept hanging up on us on the way.

When we did get through they got all flustered and told us to meet them at THE coffee shop.

So we went to a coffee shop and waited for about 20 mins. 

Then we got another call saying they couldn't find us at THE coffee shop.

There were at least two, probably many, coffee shops in the terminal.

So we helped him out trying to find out where he was, told him to look for the big numbers to say which check in desk he (the airport employee) was at. 

Anyway, we found him, got the bag and it's all kl.

Morel of the story, easyjet suuuuuck.

But then everyone knew that anyway?
