For Valour

Visted the Shrine of Rememberance in Melbourne today to see the nine Victoria Cross medals won by Victorians during Gallipoli, on loan from the Australian War Memorial in Canberra. Of the nine, seven were awarded during the battle of Lone Pine. Seeing nine VC's in a row has never made me more prouder to be called an Australian.
