Evening on the waterfront.

I've been in Baku for a year and a half now and this was the first time I'd seen this fountain up close (I've only seen it once before from a friend's apartment). So an exciting moment for me. Shame about the dirty, oily water around it. Lostabroad took a good close up of the water a couple of days ago. There's so much money in this town, you think they'd clean the water while putting new facades on old buildings, erecting the world's tallest flagpole and endlessly replanting city squares.
