Going Greek
Tonight's dinner: thin slices of chicken scrolled in light puff pastry with roast capsicum, shallots, fetta, semi-dried tomatoes, fresh basil, spinach, and three kinds of continental cheeses. Topped with crispy diced bacon, sliced mushrooms in thick white sauce.
My version of Greek Pinwheel Strudel.
