Starting Point!

So finally we have picked the last 2 bottle of wine for the new wine list at the Inn.

This heralds the moment that my diet starts! I've been waiting until we had finished sampling the new wines!

219.2lb! Oh dear god! About time too me thinks!

So here's what's going to happen!

Diet starts today & finishes on 31st October which pretty much marks the end of the busy season for accommodation & the last fly fishing school finishes.

For every lb in weight I loose, I will donate another £2 to our charity Namaste Childrens House. If in any week I put on weight it will be a £5 penalty donation!

Weigh in will be Friday mornings & the results will be posted on my blip each Friday.
