You try taking a photo of a meteor shower!

Well, I had to admit defeat despite seeing some of the most spectacular meteors I've seen in my short life. The best one appeared to start from a speck in the sky, fizz along at a great rate of knots with a rainbow of colour in it's wake and when, I can only assume, it hit the earth's atmosphere burst into a cloud of coloured dust! Now, if only I could have captured that on a memory card.....

So I took a photo of this instead. I love this bridge and feel fortunate enough to be able to see it any time I want.

It's an eerie place at twenty past one in the morning on Friday the 13th. But I wouldn't have swapped it for a thing....
