Goldfinch

I'm pretty happy with myself for catching this beautiful fellow from our backyard, even though it's quite far shot. Goldfinches are quite rare in Finland, I saw one couple early this spring at our birdfeeder and I thought they were just passing by. But now I'm quite convinced they are nesting in our nearby forest (our backyard).

What a beautiful and talented singer!
