"They're Blue!"

Today we decided to have a lazy day at home....it seems like we've been doing so much running around lately, trying to get everything ready for school!
Only a couple more weeks and my little guy will start his long school career!

I decided to surprise Jack this morning at breakfast...he knew I was going to make some chocolate chip pancakes (which he was so excited for!) but was he ever surprised when he came to the table and saw that they were blue!

"Mom! These pancakes are BLUE!" He was laughing so hard, he never expected that!

He polished off a few of them, and had some yummy strawberries on the side!

Today we are going to make a caterpillar out of an egg carton! We haven't done any crafts lately, so I figured this would be a nice relaxing thing to do to spend time together today. Won't be long before he's hopping on a school bus!
