Life

I visited my dad this evening - he has not been happy recently and is fed up with feeling less able and dependant. He feels that sometimes his life is just sitting in his chair watching TV but at least he was smiling today. I always feel so busy but seeing dad makes me remember that we need to make the most of all we can do - one day we may not be able to manage so much. Dad may be physically frail but he still has a lot to offer..thanks dad x
