the great British summer continues

We went to Attenborough Nature Centre today, it is nothing to do with anyone from the Attenborough family, even though some mugshots are posted around, it just happens to be in a place called Attenborough (in Nottingham)

A lovely trawl around the lake, though the picnic was slightly marred by the bracing wind and a million zillion geese, who were being pests.

Charlie was happy to chase them away from his ham sandwiches though!

This cheapy camera is now on its' last legs, officially.

No decorating news today, for those of you who were wondering, the room still lies in a state of chaos.
